"We came down to Tennessee for a family wedding and the house was ready for us when we got here. Wonderful place to stay if you like old style. My 88 year old mother had a bedroom downstairs that she didn’t have to climb stairs to get to, and she loved the front porch and the early morning sun. Owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The only things we could suggest for improvements is on site laundry facilities and a stronger Wi-Fi…we had to stay in the living room to connect....

"I enjoyed the summer at this very nice country cottage. The home is very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. The area is safe and quiet. The farms on either side had cattle that I enjoyed watching and getting to know their habits. I made friends with some of the cows by feeding them carrots and apples every day. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect location at the beginning of the Virginia Creeper Trail.The farmhouse was great with nice hot showers, outside fire pit and grill, plenty of games, TV, towels , relaxing porches, night time stars, and room to relax. We saw plenty of deer in our brief time there . Communication with the owner was easy as we both texted and called. Access to the wild ponies at Grayson Highlands and the views on Whitetop were...
