"Great location and views. Rooms were above expectations. It’s right next to vitznau ferry terminal as well as mount Rigi rail. Beautiful experience here. Only negative is Uber doesn’t come here so make sure to prebook taxi on the way in and out, or if you have light luggage use the 502 bus and connecting trains or ferry to Lucerne train station and connect to Zurich airport. Staff was helpful once you approach them."

At first the staffs told us there wasnt anything they could do and told us all we can do is to "keep the windows open" but shortly after they changed us to a different room. Very appreciative of the kind staff who went out of her way to do this for us. "
