You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house that spans over 3 levels, with a total area of 80 square meters. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. The spacious and bright living quarters feature beautiful and tasteful furnishings. The open living/dining room includes a veranda and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor area. Additionally, there is a digital TV and a flat-screen television in this space.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for your convenience. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find a double bedroom with a 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Another room, also accessed through a spiral staircase, has 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The property features a bath/shower, separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Heating is available throughout the vacation rental. The floors are adorned with parquet and natural stone tiles.

Outside, you can enjoy a balcony of 8 square meters with a south and west-facing position, as well as a large patio of 25 square meters, also facing south and west. The outdoor areas are furnished with balcony furniture and an electric barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining.
