"Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

"A great location in the historic city, just off a nice plaza with a bakery and cafes. Parking close by helps if you’re on a driving tour like we were. The apartment faces a quiet private courtyard making a nice retreat. Modern but comfortable space in a historic building. Beds are very nice. Easy walk to chateau. Lively student district near by makes streets enjoyable at night. Also very near main market street."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The building is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The owner, Jean Pierre is a real character! He has built the property with his own hands & has done an incredible job. The area is beyond beautiful, absolutely spotless clean & nearby some beautiful locations. The owners are some of the friendliest, warmest hosts I have ever came across. They went above and beyond to ensure we were settled and happy with our stay. "This is a very special house with all sorts of creative nooks and crannies. We enjoyed the outdoor area where you can sit and cook very much. The jacuzzi and pool are amazing and a very big plus. The owners are very friendly and offer a lot of tips. The house is part of their property, but through clever landscaping it feels very private. "We had a very comfortable overnight stay here en route to the south of France. We had a family room which was actually 2 adjoining rooms which was a nice surprise. We ate in the restaurant on site when we arrived quite late in the evening, and had a really nice meal. We would certainly stay here again!"
