"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"More than most properties - Gille’s sprawling 16th, 17th and other centuries place will mould to your wishes. No heated pool for us and the games room remained quiet. But a wonderful maze with parking for only the Le Mans champs ( like myself). Everything is close and walkable."

"Nice clean spacious studio. Had everything we needed, even a tassimo machine! Wonderful warm pool to swim, I was lucky to have it to myself. Owner didn’t speak English and my French is poor so she translated with her phone. Excellent place and would return."
