"Well. The owner was very nice but property was being worked on. They had walls unpainted basement floor was not done so no one wanted to stay downstairs plumbing had to be readjusted two of the 5 beds upstairs caved in the middle. Also the heating only worked well in one room you had to put it at 75 so that it could be felt elsewhere but the one room would then be too hot. Should not rent out again until he fixes floors walls mirrors and beds "

"This house was very crisply decorated; I loved the simplicity of mostly black and white. Everything we needed was provided: there were lots of dishes, pots & pans and glasses in the kitchen. The bathrooms had all the amenities including toiletries. The place was very clean. The only things that we struggled with were getting our long minivan into the parking spot behind the house and not having railings on the staircases inside or out for my 85 year old grandma. "We were a group of 4 families with a mix of kids ranging from 5-12yrs and adults. The Home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Communicating with Trina through the App was very easy and she also provided her cellphone to contact her with any issues. The location was perfect for visiting the national mall and museums. We couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend for a large group to family and friends."
