"The hotel Barsotti has an excellent location in the old town to walk and see most of the local attractions. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in providing dining recommendations and other tips. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. At the train station, there is also a bus stop for a bus directly to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."

"An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either."

"All of the staff at Palazzo Virgilio were amazing. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was also a delicious breakfast served every morning. I am a huge fan of pastries and they did not disappoint. The room was very nice. . . comfortable, very clean , and pleasant. With the exception of the Wi-Fi going out in my room(but could access in the lobby) it was excellent. "
