"Wonderfully well kept and attractive grounds. Helpful front desk. Bed could have been better. Hot tub was great! Wish we were able to stay more than one night. Restaurant had SLOW service but excellent food. Pricey. "

"We needed a one-night stay along the North Shore. This property fit the bill for us. It was 'on' Highway 61 which is the main (only?) road that runs along the lake. But, we never heard any of the traffic. The pool/common area was on the highway side offering a noise buffer. Our stay was after Memorial Day so there were only a few other guests. This likely added to the peace and quiet. The hot breakfast was a plus. Instead of the typical unseasoned scrambled eggs, mini-omlettes were the egg offering. These had some peppers in them and were very tasty. The sausages, waffles, toasted breads and refrigerated completed it. The variety I enjoyed were all tasty. We booked a room with two queen beds. This allowed my wife to choose which she would like. She said that the bed was comfortable and that she slept well. All in all, this was a very enjoyable stay. We will definately include this property if our travels bring us back to this part of the state. "

"Room is a little bit small. But come with necessary supplies. Love the shoreline. So beautiful! You may see sunrise if you can get up early enough. Property provides stuff for making s’more, and firewood. Very satisfied with our stay. "

"This place was awesome! Beautiful & perfect for our small casual wedding reception & family stay! The only thing I could recommend to the owners is to provide some hand lotion in the bathroom & kitchens. We did use the oven to warm up some food & found an issue due to someone leaving a broiler pan full of grease in the bottom causing a smoke issue but were able to resolve it with removing the pan & using fans & and windows to clear the smoke. We did clean the pan & the dirty dishes that were left in the dishwasher. Other than that everything went very smoothly & we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!"

"We had a pretty big group of 7 adults and one child stay for the weekend. I talked to Cindy in the weeks leading up to our trip and she was always very responsive and kind. The check in process was very smooth and quick and the location of the property was perfect. The house was well equipped with anything you may have needed and was very clean and well taken care of. The trip was everything we were hoping it would be and then some!"
