"The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials and bathrooms had plenty of towels. The lake and sunset views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching freighters go by and relaxing by the fire! We really had a great time and enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend booking this house for anyone looking to have a relaxing spot to “call home” during your UP...

"The BEST place we’ve ever stayed!! Every room was spotless and so cozy! There was so much space for our family and so many things for kids to do. From board games, to the garage game room, to outside exploring. You won’t ever get bored here. Also, a quiet nice area that if you wanted to just relax the whole time, it’s perfect for that as well. The beach across the road is quiet, beautiful, sandy and perfect to swim or relax. The house was stocked with all the dishes you could need, as well as a...

"It was very clean and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. Great location for exploring the eastern Upper Peninsula."

"Very clean, quiet and totally worth it!"

"Our group consisted of two couples and two littles! This place was cute and had any amenities we needed! The host provided fresh eggs and a bottle of MI wine—how sweet! The bonus living room worked well for us to hang out and leave any extra bags/toys/items out of the way separately from our rooms. The hot tub was a great touch as well!"

"Great host with quick and easy communication. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend."

"Very nice stay .. Great shower, master bedroom . awesome veiwing of freighters. Would love to stay again"

"Room was clean and was as described. The one thing if I had to be picky is the main bathroom had no outlets and the second bedroom half the outlets didn’t work. Other than that it was cozy, clean and very quiet."

"Great place to stay awesome host very clean will be back to stay again."

"The place was clean and quiet. No problems with checking in or out. My only issues were furniture was very sparse. Took a table from bedroom to put by chair. Watching TV was extremely difficult because it was mounted so high on wall. The bathroom was clean. The sink you had to be very careful not to spill water on floor as it was the tiniest sink I have seen. There was nowhere to put any toiletries in bathroom. I do think once the host has completed with remodel the place will be a very nice. I...

"The place was awesome and the owners are very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our 1 week family stay."

"We had a great time in Sault Ste Marie! The location was so wonderful. We saw 25 freighters in our time at the house. One of our favorite things was just sitting outside and watching the water. Be on the lookout for the local eagle! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!"

"The location was beautiful and the emus were so fun! Extremely clean! Lots of beds. Host was very prompt with communication and very kind!"

"Very clean and nice amenities!"

"Great place for a couple day stay. Plenty of room and a good location."

"Nice place to stay as it is close to all the things to do and see."

"This place was comfortable, clean and well supplied. The location was very central to everything in town. I would stay here again."

"It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise."

"Host responded right away to a request. Nice place."
