"Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time. The property has everything you could need including thoughtful extras like milk, bread, tea and coffee on arrival. Property owner is lovely and easily contactable. There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. One of our favourite get always and I can’t recommend enough!"

A lovely barn conversion in Dolau, perfect for those looking to escape to the country.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This is a delightful well equipped property which proved cosy and comfortable , much needed in a week of poor weather. The upstairs bedroom is far superior to the downstairs, as is the upstairs bathroom but twin beds don’t suit, and we weren’t sure if they were zip and link It would be really great if they were! We appreciated decent number of dishwasher and laundry tablets, provisions for the dog, and a quirky welcome pack. Thank you."

"Home from Home" in the Bannau Brycheiniog with stunning views of the Usk Valley
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (67)
"A lovely little cottage that had everything you need. We stayed with our two young children. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it, but we have two areas that weren't perfect. Getting the boiler just right took a while. There wasnt enough hot water on our first night, so the kids ended up with a tepid bath and theln in trying to sort that out we set the boiler to come on early in the morning so we could have hot showers - the boiler is noisy and so woke us up very early. Cosy Eco-Cottage w/ garden stream: mountains & rivers to explore!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"The cabin was such a special place with the river right at the edge of the garden. We sat out and enjoyed dinner on the platform just next to the water and lit a small fire in the fire pit under the stars. The property was ideal for myself and my two young children (6 and 8, all of us sharing the one room) but would also be great for a couple looking for a getaway in a convenient location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area."

Trebarried Mill C17th- Something for Everyone - Perfect for Groups and Families
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (21)
"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."
