"This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"An amazing former church from the 1700's which has been very well converted to an excellent b and b. The breakfast in the courtyard was superb including home made jams and lovely honey. "Great location, breakfast was very disappointing - we got there an hour before it apparently ended (we were told 11 on check-in but it was actually 10.30) to find very little left - about 4 odd grapes, 1 or 2 croissants.... very slim pickings indeed, and the lack of dairy-free yogurt, cheese, etc. was disappointing. Also lacking was the rooftop bar we saw advertised throughout the hotel - we eventually managed to get the 1 overworked lift to take us up but there was no sign of any bar, so don't get too excited about a sunset drink on the rooftop cos it's not happening. Location between station and port was superb so we'd stay again while transiting through."
