Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

A commercial center (selling food, clothing, etc.) is just below the hotel. It is conveniently located near the train station. The Danube River is in front of it.

Enjoyed my stay at the Niu. The staff were great and very welcoming. Easy access to transportation just across the street.

The sofa bed was cranky and not a good kind for 2 people sleeping on it , first night when i woke up i have a back pain to solve the problem i moved the foam on the floor it was a better sleep.

Great staff, very established business. Dated but charming hotel has apartments and rooms with kitchenettes, in a combined residential neighborhood with groceries, shops, and pubs. Parking is included! Perfect place for those spending more time in town, but need a comfortable place to sleep and park an automobile. And, there is a biergarten as well -

This place was amazing. I think it’s totally worth the money. I say it’s Classy with a sense of Passion. Probably the best place you can stay in Vienna. Quiet and clean.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. Brand New Hotel, New Neighbirhood, Nice, Quiet, Safe Location, Tram Stop in front of Hotel, Subway within Walking Distance. Highly Recommended!

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight.
