Our basement flat is furnished with minimalist, modern aesthetic- coupling clean white walls, colourful pop-art, and 'beachcomber' wooden pieces to create a stunning, classically Brightonian space.

The flat is located in between the centre of Brighton and the Marina, allowing you to explore the whole Brighton. The cherry on the cake being a mere 5-minute walk from the beach!

The Space:
The studio flat offers a comfortable double fold-away sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen space, a bathroom with bath for your use.

There are great transport networks near by, with regular bus routes into the centre of Brighton (10 minutes away) and Brighton Marina (5 minutes away). Direct bus route from Brighton Station (15 minutes away).

Guest Access:
The property will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Kemptown Village is a great base for your visit to Brighton. It is home to some excellent coffee shops and independent retailers as well as second hand, vintage furniture and brick-a-brack stores. It's minutes from the seafront via the Madeira Terrace steps and the historic Victorian lift down, which you have to experience at least once - it's also free.

Another recommended place to go and hang out is the Yellowave Beach Café and Volleyball on the seafront (at the bottom of the Victorian lift). There is great food and drink, showers and baby change facilities.

Getting Around:
The best buses to use are routes number 7 (from Hove to the Marina via Brighton Station) and route number 1, which goes from Portslade all the way to Whitehawk. There is also bus route 23 that will take you up to the Universities at Falmer and Lewes Road via Hanover.

Otherwise the Brighton bike hire bikes are readily available at the special hire points in the neighbourhood.
