"From pre-arrival to check-in, everything was seamless. The team even reached out ahead of our stay to ask what we needed, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of from the start. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had originally planned to stay at another hotel, but made a last-minute decision to book with the Omn and we are so glad we did. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay!"

"I will not be staying here again. It seems like Hyatts are going downhill. The location was terrible, it did not feel safe in the evenings/night (most likely fine for a guy/group of guys). But what was really frustrating was the lack of housekeeping services. If I’m paying $1,000 for a hotel stay I expect the trash to be taken out and to get fresh towels at the very least. This is one of those hotels that doesn’t have daily housecleaning, which is annoying in and of itself, but they said it was provided every other day. On day two, no one came. This hotel has a kitchen that we used, the trash was stinking up the whole room and we had no clean towels. When I called for towels, they told me I had to go down to the front desk to get them myself… and this was the second time I had called to request them because the first time no one came. The room was dusty and did not feel super clean. Also, the hotel is so noisy. We could hear anytime someone around us flushed the toilet. Overall it was not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"This hotel was very conveniently located for our trip to watch the Longhorn softball team play. The staff was wonderful, the bartender was attentive and the room was comfy. There was some hair in our shower and our bathroom needed an update. None of that made me not want to return. We will certainly be back! The staff was so wonderful they made up for it all!! One CAUTION….if you’re planning to park at this hotel, the parking is a pay lot contracted with another company. You must scan a QR code and pay $38 per night via credit card. Just something to consider before you believe you’re getting a great deal on the hotel!!"

"Everything was great breakfast was good just a lil pricy in my opinion 20 bucks other than that excellent comfortable stay"

"No Toaster, no iron, small double bed, broken screen door to the deck, no light on the deck just an extension cord to bring out a lamp. Parked on street as there were other guests coming and going. Place was nice and clean with lots of windows but were difficult to open, painted shut or not easy to use. No a/c but the ceiling fans worked well and it cooled down at night so not too bad. No wine glasses so we used regular glasses. Nice residential neighborhood with a few breakfast restaurants nearby "

"This apartment is listed as having 2 queen beds but only has one bed. The couch does not pull out. Walls and corners are dirty, there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided and no hangers in the closet. Check-in info was provided at the last minute. Communication with hosts about the issues above were met with “we will look into it and get back to you” but nothing was ever resolved. I paid for a 2 bed apartment and spent a week sleeping on a couch. "

"Kitchen had very minimal dish ware, showed up an hour and a half after check in and the room wasn’t ready. "
