KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove top and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. All crockery and cutlery are provided for your convenience. The dining table is in the large lounge.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The large, open, light-filled lounge & dining area steps out on to the back verandah and garden. The large couch and chairs ensure your comfort whilst relaxing with a book or watching a movie on the Telstra TV or DVD player.

HEATING & COOLING
You will be comfortable all year round with a combustion fire and split system heating/cooling in the living/dining area, ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and free standing electric column heaters in the bedrooms. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet.

PET POLICY
Bright River Cottage is NOT pet friendly.

LAUNDRY
The laundry has a washing machine & clothes dryer as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

PARKING
There is no under cover parking however you can easily accommodate two vehicles at the property.
