"We were thrilled with this hotel from our arrival. We were met at the door by an amazing employee, who helped us with our luggage, helped us get checked in, brought our luggage to our room quickly, and was such a pleasure. The rooms are clean and very spacious, but you can tell that the hotel is older. The "stand-up" shower was very small, but there was shower capability in the tub that worked for my husband. The breakfast was nice, but very "English", which limited choices for Americans. All said, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again."

"Had a great stay only little comment is in my room on the ground floor overlooking the rear car park there is no blind in the bathroom and the toilet is directly under the window. When the light is on you can actually see in the bathroom from outside. The lady on duty Sunday evening and Monday morning was lovely, her customer service is exemplary "
