"Property was clean and everything was as described in the listing. Checkin was easy and very little was required for checkout, which is nice. Nicole was excellent communicating with me… some things (like payment and checkin instructions) that were supposed to be automatic did not happen, but Nicole was extremely quick in responding and got us all squared away. "Cute property but first impression when we pulled up was that the grass had not been cut in weeks. The house was decorated very nice but its actually 2.5 baths not 3 as listed. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. We woke up the first morning there and it was 75 in the house. We arrived so late the night before I thought maybe I didn't check the thermostat, but the second night I made sure to put it on 70, but again woke up to it being 75 in the house. "We arrived late and just slept, left first thing next morning, it was comfortable and nice and clean. House is classic older home that has been updated nicely. It is not some cookie cutter built new home, but has the design and personality of a traditional southern home. From tall ceilings to 12" baseboards and original wood floors, it has character. We enjoyed our short visit and rested well."
