"Wir haben diese Absteige auf Grund v. Flughafennähe und 24h Check/In gebucht. Wir haben erst um 3 Nachts einchecken. Dies auch mehrfach kommuniziert, allerdings nie ein Antwort bekommen. Vor Ort angekommen hieß es trotz Reservierung, dass es voll ist. Wir hatten auch schon gezahlt. Wir verbrachten unsere restliche Nacht dann am Flughafen, da die restlichen Hotels,die wir angefahren sind, ebenfalls voll waren. Schluss endlich viele Taxifahrten unsonst. Wir waren nur kurz im Eingangsbereich,...

"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."
