"Beautiful home with spectacular views. The home is equipped with anything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our week here. Centrally located to fantastic hiking and something to do for everybody. A week was not enough to discover it all."

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. The description mentioned a pool, and a 'community pool'. Community pool should be...

"This is a lovely chalet on a quiet hillside above the busy town of Grindelwald. The views from the house are stunning and we enjoyed the outdoor eating areas. Great kitchen with excellent equipment including fondue pots and raclette maker. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the towels provided were flimsy and inadequate, 2 little towels per person. There should be a stack of extra towels provided along with some washcloths."

"Ce chalet est décoré de façon impersonelle comme les logements qui sont 100% dédiés à la location. Cependant on s'y sent bien. La pièce à vivre est très lumineuse avec grande baie vitrée. La terrasse est sans vis à vis avec vue à 180 degré sur la vallée et les superbes montagnes ainsi vue sur un glacier. C'est très calme. Grindelwald est un village très touristique proposant une très large palette d'activités pour tous les âges. Nous avons fait beaucoup de randonnées en haute montagne avec vues...

"We had a great time in Wengen and at this lovely home. The views and home layout were wonderful. Our extended family of 7 would likely come again - only issues were distance to town including a lot of stairs down from the road to the home (also very difficult even with directions to find) and issues with the toilets (Inter Home was quick to have a handy man come out twice to work on it), but in our opinion for the price point the owner should replace the toilets and upgrade the kitchen."

"The stay was great overall. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Window broken upon arrival. Repair could not be arranged before our arrival. Some external lights not working/broken, following heavy storm. Parking also very tight for larger vehicles. Thanks "

"The cottage is a bit outside the village, but the walk is definitely worthed because the view of the valley and the surrounding moutains form the balcony is just breath taking. Cottage is well equiped and the preordering of groceries is a nice touch."

"Locating at a beautiful areas, with a views of river for both sides of the building. Convenient location for public transportation. Historically prestigious atmosphere, high ceiling, great bath room and tab design. Breakfast options are great. Each table had unique and distinct flower and pot. Beautiful chandelier in the breakfast room. "

"We went las lt week to Wengen and stayed in Braunbär Hotel!! We just loved everything there we are a family of 3 and is the perfect hotel for families!! Breakfast are amazing they were included and the amenities are just so Great designed!! Also Great location and you can schedule the pick up and drop off is free service!! The spa is amazing and the pool is warm and nice for families after a long day walking around!! The rooms were super comfortable and big and our room had balcony!! Is also Close to the malinchen gondola station just in front ahhh and the staff so helpful the answer all my questions special SARAH in the front desk area she is amazing and Beyond!!!!!!!! Another plus it has a little playground for young kids where you can go and play with them and relax with a coffee in the meantime!! We will come back is just so great there!! Thanks a lot "
