"Such a fun lake house with so much to do. The kids loved the pickleball, volleyball, badminton, basketball, pool, foosball, ping pong, video games, fishing off the dock, kayaks, swimming on the lily pad and tubing behind the boat. We wish we could have stayed longer. Well appointed, immaculate house with so much to do the kids will never get bored. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us, we look forward to visiting again. "

"No problem with the house. It was clean and plenty of beds. There was a problem sleeping due to dogs barking (probably at cats) from 10:00 to 4:30 am. You might try the outdoor dog barking deterrent. It cost less than $30. Maybe a coffee table in the living room for drinks. Only one bedroom had a mirror so 4 women crowding one bathroom is not the best. Consider a cover for the patio coming summer."

"As locals looking to get away from it all and spend quality time with family, th is the perfect place to escape everyday life. time stands still here. the pond is perfect fishing for all ages. everything from the enclosed porch to the claw foot tub in the master bedroom made it possible to forget the rest of the world, even if for just a few days."

"The house was as expected, was clean with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was in a rough part of Mineral Wells, but we went for a walk & had no issues with the neighbors. It is definitely the nicest house in a few block radius. The drive to downtown was very fast & spent all of our time down there with cute shopping & restaurants. The Crazy Water hotel has a nice new restaurant & shopping on the 1st floor that was pleasantly surprising. Overall was a good trip!"

"This house was everything we were looking for and more! Everything was super clean and well stocked (plenty of towels). We loved that everything was labeled. The grass was awesome and free of stickers/weeds so walking barefoot was no problem. Kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t lack any utensils for the meals we cooked. Beds were very comfortable, as were the couches. The whole feel of the house was just “cozy”. We joked with each other wondering if we could buy it! We had friends come over and...

"We had such a special family reunion at the Arcadia. Plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room. The pool was great and we appreciated the covered pavilion. Management was prompt for the few issues we had. We had an excellent time, loved the house and would stay again!"

"This was such a beautiful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the view is amazing. Our dogs had an absolute blast. I would recommend bringing fans for every room. The ac's juat cant keep up in this heat. Im thankful we already had a fan with us. It would have benn misreable without the extra help. Other than, that, we adore this place and would definitely come back!"

"We had a great time. The only thing was the little bugs that was in the boat house and around it and at the main house and getting inside. They need bug zappers."
