"I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. We were not the only ones waiting at least another 5 or 6...

"Great property as a base to explore glencoe and surrounding areas. Great for a single person or a couple. Enjoyed the peace and closeness to a pub nearby. Very cozy bothy and very unique. And cherry on top is really good wifi if you need to work a bit."

"The pod was small but comfortable. It was a little crowded with our luggage and it would have been nice to be able to push our luggage under the bed when not in use. The host provided a french press and coffee and sugar. No salt and pepper or cooking oils were provided if you are planning on cooking any meals. "La ubicación es espantosas y las fotos no muestran los alrededores (horrible). Un engaño. El precio es una estafa. El restaurante - a pesar indicaba que está abierto- no lo está. Al apartamento le llega el olor de la cocina.. Casi no se puede ventilar ni abrir bien las ventanas. Pido reembolso. Fue una mala decisión y el lugar es espantoso. (Casi £400 por una noche. 😱😣)."
