Private: large garden 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, orchard. Motor access (250 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 8 km, sandy beach 11 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Oil heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
