"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. "We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and generous. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options from Malaysian, Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisines—something for everyone. One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the staff—they use WhatsApp, so if I ever needed anything, I could just send a quick message and they’d bring it right to the room. My only real complaint is the laundry service—it’s charged by the piece, which can add up quickly. I would have preferred the option to do my own laundry. Thankfully, I had packed enough clothes to make it through the trip without needing the service. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. "
