"The location, private dock to the beach, pool and hot tub were all amazing. The view from inside the house is also incredible. The kitchen is pretty outdated and the living room furniture is pretty old. My biggest complaint is the sheets on the bed were just awful. The cheapest sheets you can buy on Amazon would be 10 times more comfortable than the sheets on the bed. Could use some extra blankets in the house as well."

Not only was the view great, the property was great and the communication between us and the owner was fabulous. A fabulous stay. Book it, you won't be sorry. "This condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend staying here. The area was nice, safe and clean. We loved the view of the beach and easy access to the beach from our room. The property managers were very pleasant to work with."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The place was well appointed with everything we needed, including various kitchen and bath supplies. It was helpful to have the beach wagon and sand toys as well. Checkin and out was easy and the one issue we had with a smoke detector needing replaced was handled seamlessly without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this property."

"Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit."

"First, we got there & the google gps took us to Monarch roofing which is the address listed on the site. I called to find out that I was supposed to have gotten an email & a text with the address & code for the lockbox. I didn't get it until we were there & I had called. The 2 bedroom villa said in the description that there was 1 King bed, 1 Large twin & 2 Double beds. There were 3 double beds & 1 full. We specifically stated 5 people were staying & there were 4 bath towels & 2 rolls of...

"Stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time; Location was great and close to everything...Beach and pool was also nice; poolside bar is a must. got to see fireworks from balcony on Monday night from Barefoot Landing..overall a great stay!"

"My family and I go once a year. I have smaller children who enjoy the waterpark area. There’s more than enough things or them to do between the hotel and the beach. "

"The property is really nice, but don't depend on the restaurant to enjoy a nice meal. They appeared to be short-staffed and very inattentive. We attempted to eat there four times during our stay to no avail. Never even got our drink order taken. However, the property is very nice, clean, and in close proximity to many attractions. "
