"What a beautiful, intimate, quaint cottage and only 10 minutes from the vineyards. Helen was the most lovely host, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. "This is the 3rd year staying here in October for my sons golf tournament. Got to see the owner around again. Well done to Dr Schwartz! Everything is clean and well maintained. There some amenities that were low, but as soon as we notified housekeeping it was all provided quite quickly. Even though i prefer carpet, love the new floorboards they put in. Place looks so refreshed. Kids activities were still the fav! Train rides, jumping castle and love the water park. Breakfast is always so good with all the options. Loved the pastries and so many options with eggs. Thank You Rydges we will probably be back again next year."

"We were told we could have an early check in but this wasn’t communicated to the cleaners as they were still there working when we arrived. They also didn’t finish until after 3 even though that was the specified check in time. The house also wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked, and neither was the pool. The check in was very smooth and easy though and the house was large and perfect for what we needed."

"We had an overnight stay at Bellbird Hotel as we were in the area for the day and decided to support local instead of returning to Sydney. The hotel itself is great. Bar staff could be more engaging. Accommodation was comfortable though a little tired. Wouldn’t take much to freshen it up, have a decent (hanging) wardrobe and full tea/coffee facilities. Shower pressure fantastic. The huge upstairs verandah was divine to relax on and enjoy the late afternoon. Enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, big servings. Lucky we checked the menu online as the menus on table didn’t have the full menu. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of free off street parking. Would definitely recommend for an overnighter!"
