"Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again."

"If you are looking for a great place to stay with a stunning view and attentive and fabulous owners look no further. We wanted to stay outside Nice, have access to a pool and not to worry about parking and this checked all the boxes. Make sure you sign up for breakfast each morning. Enjoy your coffee and croissant in the garden while getting lost in the amazing view. At night have drinks at the outdoor bar with your friendly host. We will book again. "

"Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong. "
