Awesome Condo with Giants Steps View

This condo was just what my family needed for our stay at Brianhead. The location was great and it had an awesome view of the Giant Steps side of the resort. The host was great and provided some helpful information for our stay.

Cozy and comfortable

Apartment is clean and conveniently located. I took a star off because dishwashing liquid, shower gel and hand soap were practically empty and toilet paper was horrible.

Nice stay

Copper Chase building is older, but the condo unit is kept up well, clean, and comfortable. Nice home base to explore the area in spring/summer.

I booked this place based on the reviews, and they were right. It was perfect for me and my two kids, and there was still plenty of space. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and I enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountain from the window. The owner is quick to respond, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back.

Cute Studio

I stayed here with my daughter for the Utah Summer Games. The studio was clean and instructions were clear. I was pretty tired the day we were supposed to check out so I messaged the owner and asked to extend my stay. He got back to me right away and didn’t charge the full rate. I was very, very appreciative! Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect for me and my 2 boys

Brought my 9 & 12 year old and it was perfect. The king size bed was comfortable, and plenty of room to share with my 9 year old The 12 year old had the pullout couch. The kitchen is obviously small, but had the essentials. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the boys to play with other kids in the building. Garage parking was awesome. If don’t mind stairs and carrying stuff, park against the back wall , and the stairwell dumps you right at the room. Much easier than using the roller and elevator

Cozy Clean Place

The condo was cozy and clean. There was enough pots and pans to do some simple cooking and a crock pot which was nice. We enjoyed the size of the bed and TV. The view from our window was awesome! There was a keurig machine with enough coffee for our stay. Bring cream and sugar. There was seasoning and cooking spray to use if you forget your own. We did use the fold out bed for our kids and they were comfortable. Overall great cozy place if you are hanging outdoors mostly. Also the pool and jacuzzi there is really nice!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed at this condo February 2022 for 2 nights with our 2 children. The condo was perfect size for the 4 of us. Seth sent a welcome email with ALL the info we could possibly need and it was very helpful!! We had a small issue finding the garage, but that was due to us getting there in the dark and the other buildings garage was open, where our buildings garage was closed, seemed more like a personal garage than a parking garage, but we figured out that we just needed to push the button to open it. Check in was a breeze! The luggage carts were readily available and we found our way to the condo easily. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Plenty of towels and linens/pillows for the beds for all of us. The view of Giant Steps was fun to watch! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! My only complaint is a silly one, I wish I had know the coffee maker was a Keurig (had I looked at the pictures closer, I would have known). I would have packed different coffee, but there were enough K-cups in the condo for us to enjoy coffee both days! I would absolutely recommend this place to stay and would gladly stay again!! Thanks Seth!!

Quiet and Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our time in Brian Head! It was a great location and quiet. The view was great and was located within an hour and a half of Cedar city, Panguitch lake, and Bryce Canyon. It was a good place to get away and spend time in nature. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy condo for exploring the area

This condo was a great place for our short stay exploring the area around Brianhead. Condo is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and luggage carts for getting your stuff up there. Note there are 3 stairs on the 3rd floor between the elevator level and the condo level, so you do need to carry your stuff 20 or 30 yards.....not a big deal though. Underground parking is available, as are several outdoor spots around the unit. Underground spots were roomier than other places we've stayed, and were readily available. The unit itself is small, but well laid out so it feels roomy. It has a full kitchen with a good supply of pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is no dishwasher, but doing by hand was not a big deal for our short stay. The coffee maker is Keurig type, and the cups provided were a very nice touch (as was the bag of ice in the freezer)! The bed was large and comfortable. TV came with lots of options for streaming services to watch. We did not use the couch as 2nd bed, so can't comment The unit does not have air conditioning, but a fan is provided. We were there during high temperatures in the upper 60's and lower 70's (I don't think it gets much warmer than that at the 10,000' elevation. Took a bit to cool the unit off the first day after being closed up, but with the windows open and the fan running it was comfortable both for hanging out and sleeping. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and not overly crowded during out stay. The pool was cool (we did not use). The hot tub was a good temperature, but the area was pretty heavily brominated/chlorinated (not unusual for common areas like this, but still a bit of an eye-burner since it is indoors), so we chose to pass on the tub the 2nd day. Communication with owner was good, with clear instructions for everything we needed to know. Overall, this is a great place and awesome value; we will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.
