The perfect getaway at the beautiful Black Diamond Condo in Brian Head. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views and easy ski-in with a short walk to ski-out from your front door. This luxury family-friendly townhouse is 2 story, 1900 sq. ft. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths upstairs and an additional 1/2 bath on the first level with a large kitchen including bar stool eating area, dining room and family room. Private one car garage with direct entrance and plenty of space to store your skis, snowboards, and boots when taking a lunch break and for the next day. Sleeps 9 adults/children comfortably with room to spread out. Retreat to a Master bedroom with king size bed, Jacuzzi Tub, flat screen TV and private balcony overlooking Brian Head mountains, lake and Navajo ski runs. Bedroom #2- has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Bedroom #3- has a queen bed, and flat screen tv. Loft has bunk beds, bottom bunk full bed and top bunk twin bed and flat screen TV. Fully furnished with linens, towels, extra blankets and washer/dryer upstairs. Large downstairs family room with room-heating gas fireplace and balcony. Loft area allows for separate areas so the adults and kids can have their own spaces to relax. Plenty of games, movies and a Wii for your entertainment. Wifi and cable ready as well.
Brian Head is a popular location for winter sports. The resort gets around 350 inches of snowfall annually. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, tubing. There are numerous locations for equipment rental and they are all very near the townhome. You’ll never have to go far to get whatever your heart desires. With good snow skiing back to the condo is almost always easy for all levels and it is a short walk in two directions to access both Giant Steps lifts or Chair 8.
When there’s no snow, Brian Head is known for mountain biking, ATV riding, hiking and fishing. The mountains are loaded with trails, and there are several cycling events during the warmer months. The ski lifts continue service during the warmer months to carry riders and their bikes to the top of the mountain for the down-hill bike trails. Summer and Fall are also excellent times to take advantage of the nearby monuments and national parks. Cedar Breaks National Monument is only a 25 minute drive, where photography is unmatched, (not to mention excellent hiking). The beautiful Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks are each about 1 ½ hours away by car.
The Black Diamond townhomes are one of the newer complexes in Brian Head. Granite counters, comfortable beds and great views this townhouse offers you all the comforts of home with a great location. After years of renting many different homes in Brian Head, we bought here because we loved all that it has to offer and felt like this complex was the best we had ever visited. You will love not hiking stairs to enter the unit at 10,000 feet but instead will walk straight into the living area with bedrooms one flight up. We know that you will love it as much as we do. We loved this condo. It was in a great location. Easy to ski in and not too many steps away to ski out. Well stocked with everything you could possibly want and the perfect size for two families of four. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was also nice to have access to the garage.

The condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was the first rental property I ever stayed in where the knives were all very sharp! It was very easy to get to the mountain for skiing. We loved the big living room with lots of comfortable seating and enjoyed the gas fireplace. My only complaint would be that the bed listed as a “king” was really a queen on a king sized bed frame. Also, any movement of sleep partner turned it into a trampoline. Other family members also mentioned beds not being very comfortable.

Spacious, extremely clean, comfortable conveniently located home. This is our 3rd year in a row renting this property. We love to cook most all of our meals while on vacation and this kitchen is well equipped with many extras. We travel with 6+ people and having the condo approximately 100 yards away from skiing is quite convenient when our vehicle is being occupied. All beds are super comfortable and the 3 full bathrooms are just a bonus. We will be staying here again and again.

We shared this condo with my family (2 adults + 2 teens) and my brother and his family (2 adults + 3 teens). The unit worked great for all of us! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It was so nice to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the dining room fit all of us as well. We had a great week!

This is our 2nd stay at this property! It’s a perfect location and the perfect condo. This property lacks for nothing the kitchen is well stocked each bathroom has body wash, shampoo, conditioner a hairdryer even body lotion. They have tons of dvd’s/blue rays and a wii. Lots of blankets and very comfy couches and chairs that all recline. The view is spectacular and the place was VERY clean. I highly recommend this property. If you can do a short walk/hike out you can ski right to the lift (it’s not easy with the high elevation) or it’s a quick drive to any of the 3 parking lots. The garage has ski and board storage as well as a nice bench to sit and put your ski boots on. If you plan on going to this ski resort stay here!! 5 Stars for sure!

Great stay. We invited a local with their certified service dog over to help us settle in and also came over for dinner, which was a big no-no. I knew no dogs were allowed to stay, but didn’t know they were banned completely. It was our fault, but something to note. Other than my own hiccup, it went smoothly. No complaints with the owner or manager, but would have hoped I reached out before or they asked some questions about the situation. But it doesn’t take away from the great place, good initial communication, and location to the mountain. Thanks again Sky

Family enjoyed a great comfortable ski vacation at Brian Head during heavy (needed!) snow days. Condo as-described, super-convenient to the slopes (5 minutes), spacious, and with amenities to relax and recover at end of the day. Plenty of baths, no shower conflicts! Host responded briskly and helpfully to minor queries. Kitchen well-outfitted and appreciated, as village restaurants and groceries somewhat limited. We enjoyed the fireplace and cushy furniture. Garage was great. Blizzard evening arrival and also during the week - 4WD necessary in our case for that drive up the mountain and big snow day. But otherwise, the Brian Head village, highway, and condo snow plows were fantastic - condo driveways cleared before lifts opened every day, sometimes more than once, greatly easing transportation. Stairs to bedroom floor are a bit steep - carpeted and no problem for us, but perhaps a consideration. Ski out/in routes are adventurous for beginners, especially on powder days, but work fine once routes identified to/from Giant Steps. Our party ended up driving to Navajo base for green slopes. If driving from Vegas, can highly recommend Harmon's grocery store in St. George (not affiliated)!

This home is truly a gem in Brian Head! Mike and Kris have created an amazing vacation rental! The house is fully stocked with everything from extra blankets, pillows, games, kitchen necessities and more! My husband was thrilled to find the chilled beer mug in the freezer. They haven’t missed a step! We spent three nights and four days in Brian Head and can’t wait to go back! On our first day of skiing we drove our car down to the ski lodge, which is about a 3 minute drive, so that we could rent our skis, etc... We did pre book our lift tickets and rentals, which I would highly recommend. After skiing, we drove back to the house and found the ski storage rack in the garage. The next day we used the ski in and ski out from the house. It is a little bit of a walk, but puts you right out on the slopes. When we weren’t on the mountain, we were relaxing in the condo. The living room/kitchen is set up for people to relax, cook, eat and more. Per Mike’s suggestion, we did all our shopping before heading up the mountain so we had all our meals planned out. We did eat lunch at the ski lodge, which was convenient. The kids enjoyed the burgers and chicken strips and the fries were delicious. All in all, we had a great family trip! Thank you Mike and Kris!!

First, the location was very agreeable, short walk to a less busy slope and lift, easy to ski into when we were finished as well. Roomy, comfortable and accommodating space for 9 of us. Owners were easy to communicate with as well, very flexible, allowed us to come in very early for a snowshoeing appt. Overall, a great experience.

This condo is a *diamond* Plenty of comfortable seating for our group of 6 to relax after a day playing in the snow. The space definitely would accommodate a group of 9. We so love the convenience of having sleds to use and a safe place for our littles to play and sled near the condo, the ease of that makes this home an A++ ☺️. The beds are comfortable! Having 31/2 baths wow!! The kitchen is equipped nicely that a chef would enjoy! The street/drive way and entrance to the front door were cleared of the fresh snow making entrance an ease! Communication with Mike was excellent. He is one of my favorite hosts! I loved our accommodations so much I raved about the place to family and friends. A perfect fit for our family. We look forward to returning!
