"Room was dark and dingy we had a deluxe suite. Holes in the wall tiles falling out in bathroom. First night got a call at 1030 pm as our luggage was delayed and delivered no assistance given until young man at front desk saw me dragging luggage up the stairs elevator was up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was in a small cramped space. This was definitely not 5 star. They had no top layer sheets but comforters; room went from 17c to 22 Celsius. We were advised it was centrally controlled not sure...
