"Excellent!! We love to stay here. The hosts are superb. We try to stay here for the white squirrel festival every year. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable with dogs and steps away from a small park. The owners make improvements every year ie tv’s bedding coffee makers and such. Brevard is a lovely and friendly town."

"We were in walking distance to anything downtown-next to courthouse yet tucked away and private with living room windows in treetops. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of soap shampoo detergent and condiments. Very comfy beds. Host made sure we had everything we needed and brought bakery cookies. Thank you -"
