"J'ai pensé pouvoir payé par carte et j'ai été obligée de payer en liquide. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes ni de torchons. il y avait de la vaisselle mais pas de chose de base, comme sel, poivre, huile, et pas de caftière. Et rien a été signalé d'avance. Tous les tuyaux fuyaient, et le rideau de douche mais tombé sur la tête car pas fixé dans le mur. Le patron ne parle presque pas allemand et pas anglais ou français. Les lits étaient bons, et le chauffage marchait. "

"We had a very nice stay at Pension Silberg. Our host was very welcoming, and I was so grateful that he was able to speak English for us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, and it had bunk beds for our two girls—which they loved.
