Nadine at the desk answered so many questions of multiple people with warmth and a smile. Love the indoor/outdoor hot tub and the facilities were very clean throughout the hotel. On the beach & very close to downtown - great spot to be!"

"Betsie Riverside Resort is the perfect, quiet spot and is minutes from everything! The cabin was clean and made great use of the space. The deck was perfect for sitting by the river and enjoying nature. We will definitely be going back!"

Took a polar plunge which was refreshing. Owners were excellent hosts with timely and helpful communication. Would definitely stay here again. "
