Appartamento Luna on the 1st floor is in a quiet area in the hamlet of Sommavilla di Brenzone about 250 meters from Lake Garda and on the slopes of fields of centuries-old olive trees and Monte Baldo.

Furnished with simplicity and warmth typical of the Italian countryside.

Kitchen: table with chairs and a comfortable sofa, microwave oven, gas stove with 4 burners, freezer, refrigerator, NESCAFé DOLCE GUSTO espresso machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, utensils; 22" satellite television, ceiling fan.
On the kitchen balcony there is a small storage room with washing machine and utensils for daily cleaning of the apartment.
. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large wardrobe with safe and ceiling fan; completed by a beautiful balcony with chairs and table, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake.
The second bedroom can be prepared for 2 or 3 people with single or double beds, Ceiling fan has a beautiful wardrobe and a large window with a wonderful view of the lake.
The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower, hairdryer, extractor fan.
Private parking.
At our guests' disposal there is the use of the outdoor terrace equipped with chairs, table and deckchairs.
Our guests can enjoy the view of our garden, a thousand colors and scents.

The Malcesine cable car is 5 km away and takes you from the slopes to the top of Monte Baldo, where you will find restaurants and bars and you will have the opportunity to get in touch with nature or try paragliding.

Nice apartment

Very nice, very clean apartment on lake Garda. Beautiful view. Not walking distance to Malcesine but not far. Beautiful small town.

Persönlicher Eindruck dieser Ferienwohnung

Leider waren wir in einer sogenannten Nichtraucher Unterkunft nur von Rauchern umgeben. Abends auf dem Balkon ständig Zigarettenrauch. Wenn man lüften wollte kam auch ständig Zigarettenrauch in alle Zimmer. Dann gab es noch eine Katze die ständig auf beiden Balkonen derart aufdringlich in die Wohnung wollte dass man die Türen nie unbeaufsichtigt offen lassen kann. Mein Mann hat eine katzenhaarallergie - war auch nicht optimal. Wenn man nicht gerade ein Frühaufsteher ist muss man mit ziemlicher lärmbelästigung vom Obergeschoss rechnen in dem die Eigentümer wohnen. Die Wohnung war sauber aber die Grundausstattung ist sehr spärlich, es gibt nicht mal einen klo-rollenhalter. Also für Raucher, Katzenliebhaber und Frühaufsteher bestens geeignet, denn der Blick ist schön.

Ferienwohnung gut, Lage sehr schön, 200m steile Strasse

Meine Frau kann nicht gut laufen, daher ist der kurze, steile Weg zur Ferienwohnung beschwerlich. Ansonsten schönes Urlaubsdomizil. Man kann den östlichen Teil vom Gardasee gut urlaubstechnisch erobern.

Zentral, mit Blick auf den See

Saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. In dem Haus befinden sich 3 Ferienwohnungen sowie die Wohnung der Vermieter im Obergeschoß. Mit störenden Geräuschen, vor allem am frühen Morgen, muss gerechnet werden wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Goldstück. Die Betten sind bequem, es ist alles sauber und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Antonietta ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkonen

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Ruhig, da weit genung von der Gardesana Uferstraße entfernt. Malcesine ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Am Besten mit dem E-Bike, da die Wohnung ca. 100m über dem See liegt.

Wundervolle Unterkunft am Gardasee

Sehr gepflegte, besondere Anlage mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist überwältigend. Vom See ca. 300 Meter bergauf zu gehen. Ganz toll nur zu empfehlen.

Stunning views

Secure parking Owner onsite to welcome. Apartment well equipped and everything you need. Heating was working, good for us northern Australians. Wifi worked well. Washing machine outside. Lovely view, of the lake. Suggest you need a car, lovely drive through to the next few towns. Loved watching the sailing on the lake. Loved the sun and the balcony.

Schöne große Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich im auch von der Vermietern genutzten Mehrfamilienhaus am Hang oberhalb des Gadasees. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, man fühlt sich umsorgt wie ein privater Gast. Die Wohnung "Luna" ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee ist sicher das absolute Highlight! Parken erfolgt auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Gastronomie befinden sich im Zentrum des Ortes.

Schöner Seeblick

Es ist eine schöne, geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns unser Zuhause. Die Lage des Hauses ist weit entfernt von der Hektik und viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Familie Battistoni vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in der Casa Nina

Die Casa Nina ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt nah am Gardasee und doch in ruhiger Lage. Durch die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter wurde unser Urlaub zu einem schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Italien. Wie können jedem diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen :)

Gemütliche FeWo mit einem wunderschönen Seeblick

Wir haben ein paar Tage im Juli in dieser tollen FeWo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut geschnitten, hat 2 Balkone und einen traumhaft schönen Seeblick aus beiden Schlafzimmern! Die Standard-Küchenutensilien samt einem Wasserkocher waren alle vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Gardasee und dem Supermarkt entfernt. Für nicht wirklich fitte Eltern ist es allerdings etwas mühsam, ein Kind im Kinderwagen den Berg hoch zu schieben:) Frau Battistoni ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese FeWo jedem herzlichst weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Lage

Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, alles sauber, nette Besitzer. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch der kleine 0 km Markt mit regionalen Produkten am Donnerstag Morgen in Assenza, den man sehr gut zu Fuss ereicht. Vermisst haben wir nur Weingläser.

A little gem

A nice two bedroom apartment close to Malcesine. Very clean apartment & well furnished. Lake view with balcony. Wifi a bit slow but working. Free parking. Friendly & helpful owners. Only 3 mins walk to the lake & supermarket. 5km from the Monte Baldo cablecar. Strongly recommended. Would definitely return.

Idyllisch und Traumhaft

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Casa Nina verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft und man fühlt sich nach dem Betreten der Ferienwohnung sofort wohl. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frau Battistoni und ihrer Tochter empfangen. Abgesehen von dem wundervollen Gardasee und den schönen Bergen, allen voran der Monte Baldo, der ein wunderbares Ausflugsziel macht, hat das wohlige Appartement einem auch eine gute Gelegenheit gegeben, auf dem Balkon einen italienischen Espresso zu genießen und sich zu sonnen. Dieses Appartement lädt somit auch gut zum entspannen ein und ist nicht nur eine Bleibe, in der man sich nur zum schlafen aufhalten kann. Alles in allem können wir dieses Appartement nur empfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr mit Sicherheit wieder her!
