"No staff at all. Bedroom bare of anything. AC so loud unable to sleep. Bathroom full of hundreds of red ants. Room on 3 rd floor with no lift and nobody to help carry luggage. . No one there at check in check out. I was abused by another guest with no one there to help"

"Hostel is fine for one or two nights, just across the street of the bus station. Room is a good size, my only negative point was the super noisy street (a lot of transit) and the quality of the furniture in the room. Besides that is a good location for a pretty short stay in the city. "

"We have stayed in many hotels in many countries and we would rate this as one of the best for its accommodation, services and value for money. It was especially nice that the rooms were so individual in their decor. The initial welcome from the receptionist was particularly good and she took time to share information about Seville. We would have liked to stay longer! "
