"This is more like a service apartment - with full kitchen (but you'd better clean it well if you use it, or there will be extra cleaning charge, and a "studio". Much more roomy than regular hotels. The premise has laundramet. It is just across the river from Seville city center. Everywhere is walkable, and Seville seems to have an excellent bike path network. Lots of good local food options and grocery. It is a little bit out of the way from the train station, but taxi would be ust around ten...

"We had the best time in Seville, in no small part due to this VRBO. Its location was perfect: a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral, and Santo Cruz barrio, and in the middle of all the tapas bars you could possibly visit. It was immaculately clean, with everything we needed. It even had an elevator (although it's only one flight up, so we mostly took the stairs). It was, hands down, our favorite VRBO ever!"

The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates. "The apartment was just as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. A couple blocks from Las Setes, lots of restaurants nearby (our favourite was Le Sede), quiet street, quiet, secure building, perfect for a family of 4. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out exploring Seville. Beds were comfy, good showers, AC worked when we needed it. Highly recommend this place - everything went smoothly with no surprises."
