"The place was fine for our one night stay. I would not want to stay there for a longer period of time. There were three of us. The futon was very uncomfortable. We were unable to watch TV because the cable box was removed. The place was clean and simplistically decorated. The grounds were lovely and it was quiet. We did not have much contact with the host. I said hello and goodbye. Laurie spoke with him a while longer because he had chickens and she has chickens. "

"Great price for 4 people that need to stay near the airport or cruise terminal. IHOP restaurant within 15 minutes, then easy drive to the cruise terminal. Only concern was no couch or chairs adjacent to the TV. Exceptionally clean downstairs, no issues at all. Would return again."

"We only stayed for one night but host was responsive, friendly and loved that there were no check-out "chores" as we were on vacation! Nicely decorated and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfy and overall nice amenities. Check-in and check-out easy, good location in Roosevelt are with Whole Foods close by and 5 fwy. Would stay again!"
