GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the Garden Suite, the Garden Patio, the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Bulkhead and Beach. The Garden Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry.

Chico Bay Inn has a parking lot; Garden Suite guests are allowed one parking spot (a second parking spot can be made available upon request).

Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor adjacent to the Garden Suite. The Penthouse Suite is a separate suite available for booking (vrbo.com/3566936) and is located on the top floor of the Inn.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our check-in and check-out process is completely contactless with a smart keypad lock. Even though you may or may not meet us in person, we love providing recommendations for places to eat, drink, tour, and ways to enjoy the property and area! What a gem and special place this is! The owners couldn’t be nicer and the cozy garden suite with everything you need was so comfy! The surrounding landscape was beautiful and access to hot tub, kayaks and bay front views were amazing and everything so well thought out! Would stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better stay at Chico Bay Inn! Everything was perfect from the kayaking to the waterfront sunsets to the beautiful suite. Tyler and Chanda were the best hosts! Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfectly Appointed Studio

Chandra and Tyler have provided a great home/base to the peninsula. The full kitchen was such a plus for our trip, and the entire space is thoughtfully appointed and so well decorated. They were excellent hosts, communicating quickly when we had questions, and making certain all of our needs were met. The beach access and kayaks were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing getaway

Fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. The property was spotless, quiet, and comfortable with wonderful design elements and a well-equipped kitchen. Stairs lead down to the waterfront area where there are comfy Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. We spent much of our time down there enjoying the view and taking photos. The hosts were friendly and accommodating but gave us plenty of privacy. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Great experience at this property. We only stayed two nights, next time it will be longer for sure. The suite is lovely and very comfortable. We’ll appointed kitchen and plenty of room to move around. The waterfront is very private and a great place for a glass of wine or to read a book. We hope to come back again next year. Weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted a getaway while our daughter was away at a local overnight camp. This property was better than we even hoped! Beautifully decorated and the hosts were available if needed (although there was nothing that they haven't thought of so we didn't need to bother them at all). We enjoyed having coffee by the water and a nice fire at night. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need and the breakfast treats they provided were a wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible, quiet, romantic stay

These hosts have thought of everything. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The shower is like something out of a sci-fi movie! The home is tucked away in a quiet location by the beach. We enjoyed building a fire on the shore (everything provided) and watching the tide roll in and out at different times of day. This was just what the doctor ordered for our relationship!

Weekend getaway!

My wife and I had never spent time in this area of the state. It was nice to explore Washington a bit. The VRBO was exceptionally clean, well thought out as it had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. We had never stayed at a VRBO and were quite impressed. The beach access from the home was awesome, but the weather wasnt optimal so we didnt spend as much time on the beach as we would like. I would highly recommend this place as a nice relaxing weekend retreat. Thank you.

What a wonderful place and hosts. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. Chanda and Tyler are extremely nice and welcoming hosts. We were trying to think of something "they" forgot but couldn't come up with anything. The location is a perfect mid-way point on the peninsula for exploring the upper and lower half. A great place to relax and unwind!

If you are looking for a great place to sit by the water, or kayak in the bay or simply stroll along the shore when the tide is out then this is the place for you. Chanda and Tyler have created a great spot for couples to come and enjoy the grounds and surrounding area. They have thought of everything from kayaks for your use, rubber boots so that you can take a stroll and explore the shore or simply sitting by the water and enjoying a fire that they have provided you with the materials required to make one. Equally, the suites are comfortable and afford you the opportunity to cook in or bring dinner back and enjoy it in your suite or by the water. Finally, the hosts of this great property are extremely at tentative and will respond quickly to any query that you may have. You will not be disappointed if you choose to spend some time at their property.

Great place!

We loved this adorable place. It’s clear they have stayed in the property themselves and put a lot of thought into little details. Everything seems to be thought out ahead of you. For example, well stocked with spices and beach towels. We weren’t able to use the outdoor amenities due to the smoke from the fires but will be back! The fire pit on the water looked amazing and a great calm bay for kayaking. Nice location between Bremerton and other beach towns that were a quick drive.

Perfect PNW Experience

We spent a month at Chico Bay Inn, what a perfect spot! It was the most immaculate accommodation we have ever rented. Beyond that Tyler & Chanda provided a well thought out and beautifully appointed unit. Their attention to detail was amazing and there was nothing we didn’t have to make our stay memorable. From enjoying coffee on the beach to kayaking the beautiful waters or enjoying the private garden space with water views, it was perfect. Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable!

My husband and I stayed here two nights for our anniversary. The bed was sooo comfortable and the design and details in this studio apartment are beautiful and thoughtful! Everything you would need to cook and many lovely little planned details to make us feel special and appreciated. Chanda and Tyler go over and above to make us feel welcome and make sure we are happy with the property. It’s a bit of a walk down to the water but well worth it (we did it several times a day) and we would definitely stay here again!

Oasis

I booked the Garden Suite for my wedding night and the day after, as we're postponing the honeymoon until next year. Although I ended up getting sick the day before the wedding and couldn't take full advantage of the property as a result, Chanda and Tyler made us very comfortable and we made the most of it. The suite was spotless, the garden beautiful and quiet, and the location is great. It's secluded and private, but easily accessible from the main highway. Thank you Chen's for providing such a comfortable place to rest after a very hectic weekend!
