    Konnte nichtmal einchecken

    Durch einen Organisationsfehler haben wir erst nach unserer Anreise, durch kontaktieren des Kundenservices erfahren, da der Host weder durch uns noch die Agentur erreichbar war, dass wir in der Datenbank gebucht waren. Dass dies aber gar nicht passte, wurde uns erst 6 Stunden nach eigentlichem Check in vom Host mitgeteilt, eine zeitnahe und bessere Kommunikation und bessere Organisation in dieser Situation wäre schon im vorher nötig gewesen, weitere Dinge über diese Wohnung kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich diese nicht sehen durfte.
