Welcome to your wellness oasis in the Bavarian Forest! The 65 sqm vacation apartment on our estate at Dreisesselberg in the Passau region is a true gem for your private luxury and wellness getaway for two.

Wrapped in warm colors and noble materials, the apartment creates an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. Sauna, double tropical rain shower, double sink, large bathtub, color light system, extra-long premium beds, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the highlights. Hand, bath, and sauna towels, bathrobe, sauna infusions, bath additives, and dish towels are already included.

On the 1st floor, you'll enjoy a fabulous view of the pristine valley of Rastbüchl at Bardlberg. A private balcony and seating area on our spacious grounds invite you to private moments of relaxation.

Our personal concierge service spoils you with individual vacation planning, breakfast and bread roll service, as well as an exquisite dinner menu – either in the restaurant or as room service. Also, experience relaxing massages right on-site.

The estate opens its doors for you: Enjoy all amenities, including a fitness room, a generous garden, 10 hectares of land with flower and orchard meadows, and a small forest with a brook for your private relaxation.

For over 10 years, we have been committed to sustainability, from locally generated energy to various nature conservation and environmental initiatives on our property, including an electric car charging station.
