  • Welcome to Gîte de la Mer in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, a charming seaside resort on the Normandy coast. Just steps from the beach and shops, enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by sea and nature in a peaceful, friendly setting. The carefully renovated house offers a beautiful sea view and a terrace perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing to the sound of the waves.



    Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal boasts a vast sandy beach, unspoiled dunes, summer markets, and many activities: shellfish gathering, sailing, coastal walks, or exploring Granville and the nearby Mont-Saint-Michel bay. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway or a trip with friends, in tune with Normandy’s tides.



    The layout is as follows:



    • Ground floor: 1 double bedroom facing the garden, 1 bathroom with WC

    • 1st floor: living/dining room with sea view, fully equipped kitchen with garden view, 1 WC, and two terraces (one garden side, one sea side)

    • 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk facing the garden, 1 double bedroom with sea view

    • Mezzanine: 1 double bedroom with sea view
