"The house was spotless. The location was close to downtown Watkins Glenn. We had all the luxuries of a hotel in a house. I would definitely recommend this house. "

"This was a great space to have a large group (12)- we had plenty of options for sleeping, and a large living room if people preferred sleeping bags over bed mates. The outdoor space was perfect for winding down after a day of meetings, with options for conversation (fire pit, hot tub) or some solo time (running, walking on roads). It was only about 20 mins from Cornell, which was great for our group."

"We chose this property because of its location to the state park and we were very pleased with that. The size of the home was great for our party. A little quirky on the layout but overall a large home for big parties that want to stay within walking distance to the park, lake, and town."

"Property was perfect, up to date, and within walking distance to State Park and dinner options. Bedrooms all with plenty of room, very nice kitchen, dinning area, and sitting space that was fully open to be able to spend as much time with your company. Would definitely recommend!! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage retreat, the location was a little tricky to find, although mostly in fault to us arriving after sundown. A wonderfully cozy and beautifully designed place, and we're sure even more of a treat once the weather warms up!"
