"We had a lovely time. The room and facilities were very nice. The spa is very nice and the treatments were excellent, The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was extremely good."

"No air conditioning in our room and quite pricey for 1 nights stay without breakfast. Wouldnt have paid price if not attending Ed Sheeran gig. Lovely hotel but not worth price tag "

"Great location, walking distance to train station and downtown shopping/restaurants. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating. Our room was comfortable though the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Slept very well though."

"We enjoyed a lovely quiet couple's getaway while we went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The town centre is in walking distance and has some really nice and reasonably priced cafes. There is a short walk to a pebble beach and beautiful gardens. "
