Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Zum Strand muss man nur ĂŒber die Straße oder ĂŒber die BrĂŒcke und ist in 2 - 3 Minuten am Strand. Zur Ferienwohnung, was wir negativ fanden, was aber viele schreiben, das die Abzugshaube nicht wirklich funktioniert, da sie sehr verdreckt und verstaubt ist. Wegen dem Schrankbett, einer mag es weicher, einer mag es hĂ€rter, also die Matratze vom fanden wir vollkommen ok, nur die Kopfkissen hĂ€tten hĂ€rter sein können.

La location Ă©tait conforme Ă  l annonce. Belle vue, mais pourrait ĂȘtre plus belle avec baie vitrĂ©e propre. Le lit placard est simple d utilisation, mais le pied est cassĂ©. Les services: wifi ok. Vaisselle et ustensile ok. Le lit fait Ă  l arrivĂ©e : non fait. Le protĂšge matelas avait une belle tĂąche jaune. Prise Ă©lectrique sĂ©curisĂ©e d un radiateur cassĂ©e (dangereux) comme le pied du lit mais aucune rĂ©paration faite. Nettoyage est lĂ©ger. Odeur de canalisation par manque d eau dans les syphons.

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs VerhĂ€ltnis nicht. Badezimmerlicht defekt.Durchgehender Gestank im Zimmer durch Unterdruck im Badezimmer. KĂŒche war leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Zum schlafen reicht das Zimmer nur viel Zeit möchte man in diesem Raum nicht verbringen. Wir hatten GlĂŒck denn das Wetter war spitze so dass wir uns nicht viel in den RĂ€umlichkeiten aufhalten mussten.

TrÚs beau studio à proximité de tout, magasins, plage, mer. Literie correcte. Possibilité de réserver un emplacement de parking. A améliorer: mettre des sacs poubelles (il y a pour les pmc mais pas pour poubelle ménagÚre), torchons (il y a seau et raclette), changer filtre de l'aspirateur.

Te kleine kleerkast, Te smal terras : als iemand neerzit kan de andere niet meer passeren, de lavabo rechtover de w.c. niet praktisch en de doorgang tussen bed en zetel was ook heel smal.

Super Lage, teilweise falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung

ReinigungsgebĂŒhren wurden bis zum Check-In nie erwĂ€hnt. Der Check-Out ist in der BestĂ€tigungsmail auf 11 Uhr datiert, jedoch muss man um 10 Uhr die Wohnung rĂ€umen. Es existiert kein Schlafzimmer, lediglich ein Schrankbett. Kein Toilettenpapier (1 Rolle wĂ€re schön ausreichend) Lage ist optimal - direkt am Strand, direkt an der Bahn, direkt am Supermarkt.

Freundliches Personal am Empfang aber ansonsten eine unvorbereitete Ferienwohnung

Zeitraum unseres Besuches: 2.03.-05.03.2019, Wetter: Regen, Sturmböen, ca. 11°C. Die Ferienwohnung beim Eintreffen: VorhĂ€nge geschlossen (stockdunkel), Heizungen ausgeschaltet, nur kaltes Wasser in der KĂŒche und im Badezimmer, Sicherungen ausgeschaltet, kein bisschen Toilettenpapier. Es gab keine Anleitung zur Bedienung der vorhandenen Elektroheizungen bzw. einen Hinweis, dass die Sicherungen ausgeschaltet sind. Auch gab es keine Anleitung zum Einloggen in den vorhandenen Router. ABER: Eine Liste mit Anforderungen, wie der Kunde sich beim Verlassen der Ferienwohnung zu verhalten hat, musste beim Auschecken unterschrieben am Empfang abgegeben werden. Wir hatten ein Massenprodukt gemietet, dessen Abwicklung von der Miete im Internet bis zum Auschecken fast automatisiert abgewickelt wird. Über ein QuĂ€ntchen Empathie von Vermieterseite hĂ€tten wir uns gefreut. Wir haben schon hĂ€ufig in Ferienwohnungen unseren Urlaub verbracht. So wie hier hat es bisher noch nicht angefangen. Ob sich nur so eine Ferienwohnung rentabel fĂŒhren lĂ€sst, wĂŒrde uns interessieren. Nachdem wir die anfĂ€nglichen Probleme selbst gelöst hatten, konnten wir den Aufenthalt in Bredene noch genießen. Toller entspannter Urlaub mit WetterglĂŒck

Kleines Appartement mit Schrankbett. Hat alles was es fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub fĂŒr 2 Personen benötigt. Alleine das Bad ist etwas zu klein und zu dunkel. Aber es ist alles sauber und modern. Sogar Meerblick gibt es.

Schön und erholsam

Es war sehr schön. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und das Wetter hat gepasst. Der Strand ist ein Traum und die Hunde hatten dort sehr viel Spaß. Das Zimmer an sich war ok. FĂŒr das Geld konnte man aber nicht so viel erwarten. Ein Steinwurf von BrĂŒgge entfernt, einer Stadt, die man gesehen haben muss. Ich komme gerne wieder. :-)
