"Staff were brilliant in all areas. I could not get into my car as someone parked too close and as I have a back problem, one of the staff got in from the passenger side and got the car out. All staff were brilliant. One suggestion - as vehicle parking is not controlled by the hotel, they do not know the car numbers of the guests and there is no way to find out whose car it is. Please tell all hotels to take the vehicle number as it will be very useful in a situation like this "

"Visited hotel for Pontypool YFC 80th Reunion, Seren assisted with arrangements but Kirsty made sure everything was perfect on the night. Food was delicious and well presented. Stayed overnight, room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Definitely stay again."
