"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights recently and was blown away with the accommodation. The Guinness Arms had just gone throigh major renovations and we were lucky to be one of their first few guests. From the moment I booked the service we received was amazing, the room was stunning.
