"I was put in a room with 3 single beds. I tried all 3 and they were all extremely uncomfortable. The room is very run down and dirty. The bathroom was cold as the heating didn't work and the shower does not have enough power to have a decent shower. All in all it was an awful experience"

"Comfortable bed, always our #1 priority. Plenty of hot water - except for both mornings when there was none - weird, and they thought so too when we told them about it. And then there was the whole kitchen/dining/living room area, which is quite a bonus when all you really need is a hotel room. "Our stay was incredible, beautiful setting and lovely facilities. We made use of the spa facilities, golf course, bar and restaurant. Our room was fabulous and can’t fault any of it. We parked the car up and didn’t move it for 24 hours :) "
