    How about this location: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — plus, you’re within strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. Throw in pool/hot tub access, and you’ve got the perfect year-round vacation spot. Your family and friends will love it!

    Trails End Slopeview Penthouse Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six. In the living area, there’s inviting leather seating, a gas stove and a large Smart TV for all your streaming needs; it’s the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Just off the living room is your own private patio to take in the expansive views and crisp mountain air. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring Breck’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for eight at the dining table and two at the counter.

    You’ll also enjoy the shared access to the on-site complex hot tubs and sauna as well as seasonal access to the off-site Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs with complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24 hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

So well appointed- comes with lots of supplies. The kitchen has lots of appliances and condiments. Location was good. Comfortable place.

Great place!

This was a wonderful location. Ski to lift and walk to town. Perfect! It came fully stocked! The only thing that was unusual was the open condiments left for use by other renters. We are not interested in that, but others might be? Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location!

Awesome location! Super convenient for the slopes, ski rentals, and walking to downtown. We loved the property. Easy to get on the slopes in the morning, and the balcony looks out at the mountain and slopes. Both bathrooms are downstairs and two of the bedrooms are upstairs which is a little inconvenient but no big deal.The only issue we had was with check-in. They absolutely would not give us any information until exactly 4 PM. Many people are traveling in from other places and flights get in early. We had to wait around until exactly four even though the property had probably been ready for hours. Summit rentals should be more accommodating than they were.

Trails End at Breckenridge

The penthouse had a reat view of the Quicksilver Chair and mountain. The condo was clean and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had some spices and other essentials that did not have to be purchased afrom the store. Unfortunately, the condo's hot tub was not avaiable for the first 4 days because of an electrical issue, but the hot tub and pool across the street were avaiable. The walking distance was very short. The condo also had 2 tv's that offered Apple TV and cable. The grill worked as well as the fire place. I would definately stay here again.

Trip fell short and wasn't as advertised.

Range over stove didn't work. No gas grill on the deck. I was told it needed to be removed due to HOA rules however other units had gas grills. (we had bought 400 worth of steaks and shrimp to grill before arriving so were very upset on that). The heat in the unit couldn't keep up and often times it was between 64-68 in the unit, which was quite cold after very cold temps during our stay. We just wanted to come back and cozy up but our group ended up needing multiple layers of clothes on, We had to use space heaters and keep resetting the fuse box. Waking up at 3am on your vacation to reset a fuse box in hopes heat will kick on is no fun. I communicated these issues with the office and they just kept telling us to reset fuse box and then dropped off more space heaters. We wanted to use the hot tub on site and it was locked. I asked how to get in and the property management instructed us to go across the street to another building. Walking across the street in flip-flops and a bathing suit was no fun either. I complained and the guy advised that I bundle up and he wished he could bring the hot tub to me. Later when I spotted people in our building hot tub, they didn't have an explanation. It's very clear that the staff (property managers) don't know/understand the unit well enough as different people gave different info. I expressed my frustration and was told a manager would call me back. No one ever did. at least I was reimbursed 50/night for lack of grill.

Very convenient location, made walking the kids to ski school (while in a medical boot) much easier. Place had everything we needed and fit 6 people comfortably. The humidifiers for each room were a huge help in getting our group of below sea level people acclimated to the altitude

Highly recommend this condo. It was clean, neat and perfect location for our ski trip. Quick walk to town or the lift right behind the building. We will be staying here again next year. Thanks to Summit mountain rentals for the easy and smooth check in/out directions.

Great location

All the amenities you need with great location. You never have to get in the car once you arrive. Loved the area and short walk/ski to the lift. Great restaurants and shops right around the corner.

Fantastic condo in fantastic location!

Our three day ski trip was greatly enhanced through use of this condo! Group of seven that was looking for ski in/out with W/D that was close to Main St. This condo delivered on all fronts. We also used Ski Butler for ski rental - equipment was delivered and picked up at the condo, so no long lines at the rental shop! Great times in Breckenridge due in large part to this rental!
