Main Street Breckenridge (and a free shuttle stop to the slopes) is just a block away, as well as a grocery store and liquor store; talk about convenience. And with a shared hot tub on the property, this place will be a hit with your family and friends!

    This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom deluxe home is perfect for families or groups of up to six — and because both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks and full mountain meals. There’s seating for five at the kitchen counter.

    Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Terrific location for exploring Breckenridge town - just a few minutes walk to the best restaurants. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom were a plus. We had a couple small problems that the host addressed quickly.

Great place to stay in downtown Breck

This is our third stay in Breck and we loved this Chalet! The location is fantastic - just off Main, across from the Grocery store, and close to the playground at the school. We comfortably slept 5, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful town, excellent location. Quaint property, perfect for 4 people, would be a little tight for any more than that. Really enjoyed the stay, proximity to restaurants and general store was excellent. Short walk to ski lifts, in fairness the base of Peak 9 can be a long wait so best to head out early and skip the que.

Lovely home

Very clean, comfortable with lots of amenitites in the home to make our stay welcoming. Perfect location to shops and resturants on Main Street. Easy access to the trolley to go to the gondola. A reserved parking spot for one vehicle. We hope to stay here again!

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, i would add it had more dinnerware/cooking ware than the previous 4 VRBO's we stayed at. The infloor heat took longer took longer to heat or cool but Summit talked about that before we had even arrived. Also infloor heat is wonderful. Lastly the location was perfect! ½ block from the grocery store, 25 restaurants within 4 blocks, ½ from a bus stop

Cute chalet

Came for a long weekend with our friends. Great house for 2 couples. The location is also great, one block from Main Street, easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. There is also a small grocery store a block away. Although we didn’t cook much, the house seemed well stocked.

Beautiful, charming house in a fantastic location!

We loved staying at the Ridge St. Chalet… it sounded too good to be true, but in truth it was even better than expected. Beautifully decorated, 2 comfortable king beds with their own bathroom… I didn’t expect the abundance of plush hotel quality towels but sure appreciated them. We could not have been more comfortable. A short walk to downtown and the ski area. Great restaurants nearby, and I have to add, that the icing on the cake was being able to walk across the street for an apres ski massage. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Right in town!

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our stay. We could walk everywhere. The master was on the top floor and the other room was in the basement so it was hard to have a kid down there and so far away. The pictures made the main floor area look a lot bigger, but it was clean and close to everything!

The location to the town and Breck is awesome. House great. Service good too. Fridge needs to be swapped out. Too cold so milk and other food was getting frozen. Fireplace didn’t work properly. But overall very happy!

Breckinridge Reunion

Spent five days at the house. The location was awesome! We walked to everything! We were one block off Main Street. The unit is three floors bedroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs with living space on the street level. The downstairs King bed had an extra firm mattress which when I called the management company they said they would pass that along to the owners. They were very nice. Lock box entry check in and out was very smooth. Great rental! Just know there are a full flight of stairs to bedrooms up and down.
