Welcome to your cozy alpine retreat in the heart of Breckenridge! After a day of outdoor adventures, sink into the large couch or cozy side chairs in the living area. A 32-inch flat-screen TV awaits, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The gas fireplace radiates a comforting warmth, creating the ideal backdrop for unwinding with a cup of hot cocoa or diving into a captivating book.

Step outside onto your private deck, where breathtaking mountain vistas await. Whether it's a sunny summer day or a crisp winter afternoon, this outdoor oasis offers the perfect setting to soak in the natural beauty of Breckenridge.

The bedroom boasts a recently updated Queen bed and grants access to the unit's private deck, allowing you to wake up to the crisp mountain air and stunning views. With the addition of a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, this unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

When it's time to rejuvenate, the bathroom beckons with a hot shower or a soothing bath, ensuring you're ready for another day of outdoor excitement.

Beyond your charming unit, the Trails End Complex offers a host of amenities to enhance your stay. Located just steps from the Peak 9 base for ski in ski out access and a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge, you'll have easy access to dining, shopping and all the attractions this vibrant town has to offer.

Indulge in relaxation with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of elevator access to all six floors. On-site laundry facilities that use a smart-phone app for payment, and ground floor coin-operated ski storage add to your convenience, while heated underground parking accommodates one vehicle.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.

Your mountain escape begins here, where comfort, convenience and natural beauty combine to create the perfect Breckenridge retreat. Whether you're here to ski the slopes, hike the trails or simply savor the mountain air, this charming condo promises an unforgettable experience in one of Colorado's most beloved destinations. Loved the feel of the resort and we especially loved the proximity to the chair lift as well as the town of Breckenridge. Check in was super easy and the garage parking was very helpful. As an added bonus, the hot tub was rejuvenating after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay again!

Stay was only two nights but the location was extremely convenient with 9- and 5-year-olds. 10 min walk to the Beaver Run ski school or 5 min walk to the Village Ski School/Quicksilver Chair (ski in/out, less easy on a board), or 10 min walk to main street. The hot tub in this property is small, particularly while renovating the indoor section. Short walk across the street to the main pool with three hot tubs. Parking garage is great! Would be nice if there was an elevator all the way down but not a dealbreaker.Would definitely stay again!

The property was fantastic - ski-in / ski-out at Peak 9 with walking access to the village. I also can't say enough about the staff at Ski Country Resorts. They guided me through the check in and check out process and made it seamless. We arrived after hours and had to depart early in the morning, but despite that, the process couldn't have been easier. Great stay.

The location is fantastic. The property is very dated. There is also no a/c, so you hope it is a cool night so that you can open the sliding doors. Check in and check out are off site. Give yourself extra time.

Step back in time when you enter this condo. Everything is dated in late 80's. If you want to ski into an out of, great place. Garage is nice. Water is backwards in both bathroom and kitchen. Hide a bed is old and needs updating for 3/4 guest. One chair on deck, really? Should have drop box for keys at location, not customer friendly.

The condo is very nice, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is truly ski/ski out with a short lift ride to all Breck has to offer. A 5 or 10 minute walk to most anywhere you want to visit downtown. After a day on the runs, the hot tub is perfect!!! A truly wonderful experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location. About a two block walk and you are in downtown Breck for great shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with basic needs. This unit does have a few issues: one burner on the stove doesn't work (we weren't told that prior to arrival), the pull out mattress is stained and you can feel the springs when laying on it, the sheets for the bed in the bedroom had holes in them, the bottom drawer in the dresser in the bedroom falls out. The unit overall is in need of a few upgrades.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean. We loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the mornings. Only problem was the coin machine in laundry never had change. We checked both 2nd & 4th floors. Big inconvenience but no fault to the owner of the condo. We ended up going home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great stay and it had everything ya needed. I enjoyed my stay here and also appreciate the ease of checking in . The only confusion was with the parking garage, but luckily there was parking outside of the building as well! Everything else was very easy and we called the night before staying and the staff we spoke with were so nice and helpful! The hospitality was great! Would definitely stay here again if I were in Breckenridge! It was also less than a 5 minute walk to main street which was also very convenient.

It was a great stay. This is the closest ski in ski out location I have stayed in! That was awesome. The lack of communication from the management company and/or owner was not very good. I never got a confirmation with where to get keys and when the unit would be available and it created a bit of worry. Normal VRBO rentals are more on time with correspondence and directions. I had to call the management company to get details. That was frustrating. That being said it had indoor parking, and was exactly what you saw. Older but adequate and functioning well.

This was hands down one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The location couldn't of been better. We were able to back in our rental Tahoe into the garage spot and having it in a warm garage was a huge perk! This unit was everything we needed and our family of 4 enjoyed everything. The grocery store within walking distance was wonderful, but I do recommend stopping in Frisco for your major shopping to save a some money. Unit really had everything you could need but was a little short on cereal bowls, so you may want to get some disposable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely work with Ski Country if we decide to return next year!

I loved staying here. Really cozy little condo a short walk away from the Quicksilver superchair! The folks at Ski Country resorts were super accommodating with late checkin, allowing me to pick up my key well after closing time and allowing me to check in the next day. I think my only complaint is that we needed to call to get a maintenance tech out due to the thermostat not working with the fireplace as well as one of the cabinets falling off the hinges, but after I reported it they responded with a tech who fixed it ASAP! Would stay here again!

You can't ask for a more convenient location to ski, park and access main street. You are about as close as possible to the lift, you have heated, covered parking with shopping and restaurants just a short walk away. We easily had space for a family of four in the condo and it was very clean. A couple of tips for staying there: 1. Bring your own ground coffee, filters, sugar etc. as the condo has a regular drip coffee brewer (not a Keurig or some fancy coffee machine). There is a city market as you enter town on the north side and also a neighborhood market within walking distance. 2. My Toyota Tacoma almost couldn't fit in the parking spot. The turn is tight and there is a wall on one side and a pillar on the other. Vehicles much bigger may not be able to fit. 3. Stop at the front door and unload all of your stuff to take advantage of the luggage trolley and elevator. The parking garage does not have elevator access and the room is on the 3rd floor. PROS: Distance to ski lift (Quicksilver Super Chair), Heated covered parking, clean, easily room for 4, full kitchen with all needed cooking and eating utensils, pool pass to shared pool across the street, gas fire, can see the New Year's Fireworks right from the balcony, ski storage on the 1st floor (if you don't keep them on your car). CONS: Tight parking (at least for me), No elevator from parking garage to 3rd floor room, TV could be bigger (but is adequate and a flat panel), check-in office is located a short drive away and has limited parking (especially during the busy times). Overall we loved our time and again really appreciated the cleanliness and the convenience- especially in a town known for it's lack of parking and distances to get to ski lifts. Would definitely stay there again.

over all our stay at Trails End was fine. There were several issues that I addressed at check out but none of these issues affected our satisfaction. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the condo. the ceiling above the fire place was full of dust and needed a good vacuum. Also behind all the furniture hadn't been vacuumed for a while, we had to sweep the kitchen floor when we arrived and also wipe the counter top. The stopper in the bathtub didn't work, both bed side lights didn't work, the screen to the balcony was torn, and the carpet in the living room could use a good cleaning. Being a maintenance man at a school with 600 kids I realize that most of these issues cannot be addressed if they are not reported but in my opinion there is no excuse for the unit not being clean. The location of the condo is a plus and being my three sons first experience skiing our stay was very enjoyable.

I try to be fair when giving these reviews and can only give from my point of view/needs. We are a family of four, 2 adults and an 18 year old and 14 year old. PROs- Very clean- probabaly one of the cleanest places we have stayed away from home. Very impressed with how clean everything was. Dishes, beds, carpets, bathroom.. everything. Location is ski in/ski out- good location makes it easy to get equipment and lift tickets the day before so you are in line before the crowd the following morning. However, the long stretch before the property entrance is no fun with equipment and no momentum. Free property shuttle- was helpful in getting around town. Service- very timely. We had an issue with the sofa bed and it was tended to that day. The booking staff was amazing and on top of every question I had. Temperature- stayed warm with out heater on. The fireplace was plenty. Onsote washing machines with change machine- on 3 floors so they were never all full. Bring your own detergent. CONs- Mattresses are terrible on both beds. The sofa bed is better off putting mattress directly on the floor. We called the office and they sent a matress foam topper quickly, but it was pretty useless because the framework and mattress gape in the middle. The mattress in the master does the same. Need replacement, no way around it. Electrical updates- some of the plugs are old and dont hold chargers (behind sofa and by bed). Makes it hard to charge your phone nearby. Before booking, ask if they have updated the mattresses. If they have, you are good to go!
