You’ll love this location: just one block from downtown Breckenridge, and the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run is just across the street, so skiing in for lunch or at the end of the day is a breeze! It’s a short walk to the Snowflake Lift, or hop on the free shuttle to the ski resort to the gondola. Your family and friends will thank you for finding this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is perfect for families or groups of up to seven. The living area is cozy with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There’s plenty of natural light and a patio to enjoy the cool mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up apres-ski snacks or full holiday meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for four at the kitchen counter.

You’ll love the shared hot tubs and pool, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private ski locker for stashing your gear. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is enjoyable.

If you're going to Oktoberfest this is your place.

We had a great stay and such an easy walk to the festivities. The place was easy to check-in and perfect for us. Beds were great for our teenagers to all be together. Thank you so much.

Amazing location!

The location of this condo can’t be beat! Convenient for skiing and location to town. It was very clean and perfectly accommodated our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked, as well. We booked only a few weeks before our trip, and we’re glad we found this place!

Clean condo and great location

The location is excellent. You're a 5 minute walk (or 1 bus stop) away from the snowflake chair, the bottom of the 4 o'clock run is across the street and you're about 5 minutes to Main St. The condo was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. There was a small issue with one of the handles on a bathroom sink and the property managers had someone over right away to fix it. Very responsive. Would stay here again.

This condo has everything we needed. The building management co was incredibly responsive. In the parking lot, the snow melted during the day and then turned into a sheet of ice sloping down to the steps to the stairs down to the main entrance. Very, very dangerous. There was sand available to throw out on the ice but it was still treacherous. Had it been snowy,

Nice location

Located close to almost everything. Condo was clean and well furnished. Mattress in master bedroom is sunk in on one side and lopsided on the other side. It’s just worn out and needs to be replaced. I got in the middle of the night to sleep on the sofa because my back was killing me, Other than a blender the kitchen has everything you need. Overall a ok place for a dad and two sons. A very nice place for anyone with the a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: It's hard to beat the location of this unit, The shuttle stop is right across the street, and it's a 1 min ride up to the Snowflake lift (or you can stay on for other destinations), and ski back at the end of the day on Four O'clock. Also a short walk to main street for shopping/restaurants. The unit was in nice shape and has everything we needed for our stay. There is a shared hit-tub right outside the door, however the pictured pool area is a farther walk (or drive).We had a few small issues with our stay, but Summit Mountain Rentals was incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly.One note, we had the same problem reported in an earlier review with a "bad" mattress in the master bedroom. Turns out it was a broken box spring under the mattress. I was able to temporarily fix the issue during our stay, and I notified Summit Mountain Rentals who said they would address with the owners. I can't imagine that it hasn't been fixed.

Reviewer Comments: This is my second time renting a place With Summit Mountain Rentals and it was perfect like the first time.The communication, payment and requests are super easy, and during my stay, any issue the solution was a text message away (just to explain: there was no issue. The hair dryer was missing and they provided one the next day). In Breck there is no need to AirBNB or Orbitz. Go straight to Summit Mountain Rentals.The property was clean, well equipped, the hot tub was a short distance from the door, it's close to Main Street, the ski bus is steps away (you can go to Beaver run or gondola) and if you want you can walk to snowflake lift.Also, if Lower and Lowest 4 O'clock are open you can ski or snowboard back home.

Spring Break

Took the kids skiing for the first time. Place had plenty of room for a family of four. It’s a bit of an uphill walk from the shuttle stop. But the end of a long day on the mountain with little kids, it got kind of old walking with all that gear. We ended up driving to Peak 8 on our last day and paying to park. Close enough to downtown that you can walk. Grocery store is a short drive away. The master bedroom mattress was not great. My wife ended up sleeping on the bunk bed in the second bedroom with the kids and I slept on the pull out couch.
