It’s an easy walk to the Peak 9 base area and downtown Breckenridge, and the free shuttle stop just across the street will whisk you to the gondola. You’ll love the private hot tub, too. This stylish townhome will be a hit with everyone in your group!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, townhome is perfect for up to six guests, and with three bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for multiple families or couples. The living area has vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light, a large Smart TV, a gas fireplace and comfy leather couches; it’s perfect for relaxing and trading stories about the day on the slopes! Just off the living area is a deck with your own private hot tub and a gas grill.

The kitchen features large granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks when you’re not enjoying Breck’s numerous dining choices. The dining table seats 6 and there’s room for four at the counter. Other amenities in the home include a desk/work area with a monitor, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles.

This was a very nice property for our summer mountain vacation. Just as advertised, great location in Breckinridge, very nice living room, kitchen and bedrooms. We used the hot tub every day before and after our adventures.

Great Stay

A great townhome with a great location. It had everything that we needed and the management was very responsive to questions. The living room does get really hot in the afternoons! We did find some fans downstairs but it was a little late as it was the morning we were leaving.

This place is really gorgeous! So well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. (Other than having only 1 bath towel per person) We loved the location, a 2 min. walk to Main Street and 1 min. to the neighborhood pool. The hot tub was a huge hit. Appliances were great. We did have a faulty remote control, but were promptly brought a replacement. Communication was very good throughout our stay and the requests for leaving very simple - just take out the trash and load up the dishwasher. I’d choose this lovely place again in a heartbeat!
